Air Data Calibration: Pressure Controller for Aviation

Testing and calibrating flight instruments is crucial as they determine, for example, the heights in aviation and thus contribute significantly to the safety of airplanes. We offer various calibrators for aviation, from the pressure controller to the reference pressure indicator and the air data calibration System

Precise Aviation Pressure Controller from Fluke

The 7750i Aero Cal aviation pressure controller from Fluke is, for example, a flight data set for the automatic control of pressures. It provides the calibration of numerous pilot static Vvinik components, such as Air Data Computer (ADC) and Altimeter.  Equipped with a quartz sensor technology, it delivers an accuracy of 0.005% of reading and is thus ideally suited for RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum) calibrations. With an accuracy of up to +/- 2 feet / 0.02 knots, it is a real difference sensor for the flight speed.

Reference Pressure Gauge for Aviation

The RPM4-AD reference pressure gauge, also from Fluke, is a pressure gauge for the aviation industry for avionics data acquisition. It calibrates the absolute and differential pressure of flight instruments, namely for the pressure ranges fixed- and rotary-wing. With an accuracy of +/- 0.004% to 0.008% of reading as well as measuring ranges up to 350/160 kPa or 160/160 kPa, it is suitable for the validation of air data sets. Moreover, it provides the measurement in the fields of altitude / pressure and airspeed.
